Usted se compromete a utilizar el servicio únicamente para fines legales y relacionados con la gestión de su negocio. No debe utilizar la plataforma para enviar spam, mensajes no solicitados o contenido malicioso a través de WhatsApp.
Nuestro servicio requiere acceso a su cuenta de Google Calendar. Usted es responsable de mantener la seguridad de su cuenta de Google. Club Jampa actúa como un intermediario tecnológico y no es responsable de la pérdida de datos en los servidores de Google.
Club Jampa se proporciona "tal cual". Aunque nos esforzamos por garantizar una disponibilidad del 99,9%, no garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores. No seremos responsables por pérdidas de ingresos, citas perdidas o conflictos de agenda derivados del uso del software.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o discontinuar, temporal o permanentemente, el servicio (o cualquier parte del mismo) con o sin previo aviso.
Podemos suspender o cancelar su acceso al servicio inmediatamente, sin previo aviso ni responsabilidad, por cualquier motivo, incluyendo, entre otros, el incumplimiento de estos Términos.

Club Jampa provides an automation tool that allows businesses and professionals to manage appointments by connecting WhatsApp Flows to Google Calendar. The service allows for checking availability, scheduling, and canceling slots automatically.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to your business management. You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content via WhatsApp.
Our service requires access to your Google Calendar account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Club Jampa acts as a technological intermediary and is not responsible for data loss on Google servers.
Club Jampa is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure 99.9% availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not be liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, or scheduling conflicts resulting from the use of the software.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
